To unite and empower the ALS community through a collaborative approach of providing comprehensive care and support to individuals and families affected by ALS, advancing national and state advocacy, and fostering bold research initiatives.
ALS United Rocky Mountain was created to ensure that people living with ALS and their families never have to navigate this disease alone. ALS presents complex medical, emotional, and logistical challenges that require more than one solution. Our mission reflects a commitment to addressing those challenges through coordinated care, advocacy, and research-driven progress.
By uniting local expertise with national collaboration, we work to meet people where they are, providing support that evolves alongside their needs.
Who We Serve
We serve individuals living with ALS, caregivers, and families across Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. Our programs are designed to support people at every stage of the ALS journey, from newly diagnosed individuals to long-term caregivers navigating advanced care needs.
We also work closely with healthcare providers, researchers, advocates, and community partners to strengthen the broader ALS support network. ALS United Rocky Mountain is a member of ALS United. 15 Independent nonprofit organizations from around the country have formalized ALS United, an innovative partnership dedicated to serving the ALS community. This new nonprofit membership organization is committed to serving the ALS community in a collaborative approach by providing comprehensive local care and support to individuals and families affected by ALS, advancing state and national advocacy efforts, and fostering bold global research initiatives.
